Colours are used in confectionery, bakery, dairy products, ice cream and gummies. The form decides how a colour is dosed: powders blend into dry mixes, and liquid colours into water-based mixes.
Every delivery comes with its specification, and the E number and allergen status are documented per product. Shipped from our own warehouse in Denmark.
A food colour is chosen by its shade, by the form it comes in and by its E number, which is also how it is declared in the ingredient list. Silvaco supplies carmine, paprika extract and calcium carbonate to food and supplement producers.
