Inulin, konjac glucomannan and psyllium husk — soluble, gel-forming and bulking fibres in grades for supplements and foods.
Used in gut health formulations: fibre capsules and sachet powders, and fibre enrichment of functional foods. Glucomannan and psyllium are dosed in grams, so they usually go into sachets or larger capsules; inulin dissolves into powders, drinks and foods.

Three fibres, three behaviours: inulin dissolves clear and replaces sugar in a recipe, konjac glucomannan swells into a gel at very low doses, psyllium husk bulks. The grade — purity and particle size — decides whether a fibre goes into a capsule, a sachet or a food.
