Silvaco A/S is a Danish supplement supply partner founded in 1962. We deliver the supplements we supply — or have produced for you — consumer-ready: in jars and foil sachets from our own packing lines in Hillerød, Denmark, and in blisters and further formats through established European partner facilities. Packing is part of our turnkey offering, not a standalone co-packing service.
Silvaco packs food supplements on our own jar and sachet lines in Hillerød, Denmark — for the products we supply or have produced for you. When your softgels, hard capsules or tablets are sourced through Silvaco, we take them all the way to shelf-ready consumer packs: one partner from production planning to delivered goods.
Silvaco operates its own packing facility at our warehouse in Hillerød, with two dedicated lines: a jar line that packs soft capsules, hard capsules and tablets into the most common round jar formats with snap-on or screw caps, and a foil sachet line that packs up to eight capsules or tablets, of up to four kinds, in a single sachet. All food authority approvals are in place, and we pack in accordance with ISO 22000 food safety principles.

Our own warehouse and logistics operation in Hillerød supports the entire flow — from receiving bulk from our partner manufacturers to delivering finished consumer packs to your specified destination. For supplement brands in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland that means a partner in your own time zone; we deliver across all of Europe.

Silvaco handles ingredient sourcing and the manufacturing of finished supplements — to your formulation or a ready-to-brand one — through long-standing partnerships with leading European manufacturers — and finishes the job on our own packing lines. Many customers use us as a single turnkey partner from concept to consumer pack.
Bottle filling, for supplements, means jars — and the jar is the workhorse of supplement packaging: protective, shelf-ready and familiar to consumers.
