Silvaco supplies standard softgel formulations in bulk with low minimum order quantities. These are proven formulations produced by long-standing, certified European partner facilities — not custom development — which keeps entry volumes low and lead times short.

From bulk to finished packs

Bulk softgels can flow directly into our own bottle and sachet packing lines in Hillerød, or to partner facilities for blister and bottle formats — one supplier from bulk to retail-ready packs. For custom softgel formulations, see our softgel and private label services.

Private label & manufacturing

Beyond the ready-to-brand range, Silvaco coordinates softgel production through certified European partner facilities. Launch a proven formulation under your own brand with private label, or bring a recipe of your own to custom formulations.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk softgels?
Low compared with custom formulations, because the formulations are standard products. Contact us with the product and volume you need, and we will confirm what is realistic.
Can you supply the softgels ready-packed?
Yes — bulk softgels can be packed into bottles and sachets on our own lines in Hillerød, Denmark, or into blister and bottle formats through certified partner facilities.
Are vegetarian softgels available?
Yes — a range of vegetable soft shell capsules is available, including algae oil, sea buckthorn, vitamin D and vitamin E formulations.
Do you manufacture the softgels yourselves?
Softgel production runs at established, certified European partner manufacturers that we select and manage for your project. Silvaco handles ingredient sourcing, project management and — for bottles and sachets — the packing on our own lines in Hillerød, Denmark.
Which gelatine types are available?
Fish gelatine and bovine gelatine, plus vegan plant-based softgels. For omega-3 brands, fish gelatine enables a marine-only supply chain where Silvaco can supply both the oil and the gelatine.
Can you supply omega-3 softgels as private label?
Yes. Ready-to-brand formulations can be produced under your brand, and your own recipe as a custom formulation — from bulk softgels to retail-ready bottles or daily-pack sachets packed on our own lines.
